ABOUT OUR FOUNDER, KATRINA WALTON

Katrina has built a reputation as a pioneer of workplace wellness in Australia. She has over 20 years experience in the development & implementation of multi-award winning wellness solutions for small to large organisations across the globe. She develops result-oriented strategies based on her unique combination of experience both as a strategist & at the coalface as a Wellness Manager.

Katrina is a sought-after international speaker, trainer & facilitator. She’s also Adjunct Lecturer with the Centre for Environment & Population Health at Griffith University.

Ultimately, all of Katrina’s work is about helping you get a healthier, safer, more productive workforce. When she’s not helping her clients, you’ll find Katrina relaxing in a yoga pose, enjoying a nice glass of Barossa Shiraz or planning her next travel adventure with her family.

TANYA DEKROO

Wellness Operations Manager

Tanya coordinates all our wellness projects & helps get things done. She lends a hand to anything from overseeing our training programs to research & development. Her zone of genius is being able to see the bigger picture. When she’s not working, you can find her juggling 3 little humans & dreaming of skiing in Canada whilst ‘supervising’ maths homework.

ERIKA RAYE LIWANAG

Wellness Experience Manager

Erika makes sure our clients have a great experience with us from start to finish. Erika will be the person helping you with training registration, assessments & certifications, amongst other things. She’s also a passionate movie buff, charity volunteer & lover of all things spicy & chocolatey.
