Professor Niki Ellis, Occupational & Public Health Physician, MBBS, FAFOEM, FAFPHM, OAM

Pracademics like Angela Martin are an extremely valuable resource. Creating mentally healthy workplaces has never been more important. As the Harvard Business Review commented, workplace mental health was a nice to have before the pandemic, but now it is a must have, as workers are choosing carefully and rating attention to their wellbeing highly. Employers advise they are confused by the variety of approaches available in the market place, and want more authoritative guidance. This masterclass is based on the best and latest evidence on what works, translated into practical and achievable steps. Run, don’t walk.

Aaron Neilson, Chief Executive Officer, The Next Group

Throughout the last 2 years businesses have continued to increase investment in the areas of wellbeing and in particular psychosocial risks. There is now a clear imperative for business to bring in subject matter experts in both areas to drive a more informed, evidence and risk-based approach. Masterclasses such as these are extremely valuable to build on your existing knowledge, to provide you with the skills and evidence base that business now expect as you progress your career in this field.
