Presented by Dr Judd Allen, PhD, President Human Resources Institute, LLC.

Wellness Designs is honoured to welcome the globally renowned wellness culture expert, Dr Judd Allen, to present our next Wellness Wise™ Webinar.

In this webinar, Judd will share his insights about how unsupportive cultures frequently undermine positive practices and our efforts to adopt healthier lifestyles both inside and outside of the workplace.

Judd will provide an overview of research about the importance of having a wellness culture. He will also define culture and explore the impact of six cultural dimensions:
• leadership support
• shared values
