The 2020 Global Talent Trends Study by Mercer, the world’s largest human resources consulting firm, found 49% of employees are seeking an employer that protects employee health and financial wellbeing. In an age of uncertainty with COVID-19, the report also concludes '..that necessity breeds innovation and as a result we are on the cusp of new ways of working, living and caring. We're being challenged to rethink our collective and individual responsibilities to one another, to the institutions we work for, and to the societies and environments we live in'.
