2021 Indicators of a Thriving Workplace Report

Superfriend have released findings of their annual 'Indicators of a Thriving Workplace' study of more than 10,000 workers. It revealed 1/4 of respondents felt less productive during March–June 2020, while those who felt their organisation responded well to the pandemic maintained high levels of productivity. The research found significant variations in productivity depending upon organisation size, with larger organisations faring better.
