AON 2022-23 Global Wellbeing Survey

The latest AON Global Wellbeing Survey Report 2022-23 suggests organisations are increasingly investing in the wellbeing of their employees, focusing on integrating wellbeing with other business functions, and recognising the interconnected nature of individual wellbeing dimensions. The research was conducted across 46 countries with human resources and benefits leaders from more than 1100 companies.
