A report from Parents At Work and UNICEF Australia has found that to bridge the work and family divide workplaces are investing in greater flexible work practices and more inclusive paid family leave policies, but more work needs to be done around developing formal policies for carers. The Report draws on data and insights from 70 Australian businesses.
