Inclusion@Work Index: Mapping the State of Flex in the Australian Workforce (2023)

This special edition report of the Diversity Council of Australia's Inclusion@Work Index titled Mapping the State of Flex in the Australian Workforce 2021-2022 demonstrates a positive link between flexible work and workplace inclusion and shows the stigma around care, gender and flexible work continues. It also reveals a significant gap in the uptake of flexible working between men and women, and provides practical steps for addressing flex and caring issues.
