Indicators of a Thriving Workplace Survey (2022)

In this survey of 10,000 Australian workers, connectedness (high-quality relationships with co- workers) scored highly, whilst capability needs more resourcing to support workplace mental health. Inappropriate workload was the most poorly addressed psychosocial hazard, alongside low recognition, poor change management, poor management support and low job control.
