The health and wellbeing of Australian school leaders is at a tipping point according the the latest The Australian Principal Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing Survey by the Australian Catholic University. The survey of 2500 Principals revealed heavy workloads and lack of time to focus on core responsibilities as the top two sources of stress, followed by the national teacher shortage, and the welfare of staff and students. It includes a series of recommendations for governments, employers, professional associations and school leaders.
