Well-Being at Work after Return to Work (RTW): A Systematic Review (2020)

This recent systematic review explores the common psychosocial factors that predict well-being following return-to-work after a long-standing health problem or disability. The review found autonomy at work, work-health balance and internal/external support were positively associated with job satisfaction.
