WHS Regulations (Commonwealth jurisdiction) – Managing psychosocial hazards at work

WHS Regulations on managing psychosocial hazards for the Comcare jurisdiction will come into effect 1 April 2023. They define important terms including ‘psychosocial hazard’ and ‘psychosocial risk’ and identify matters employers should consider when managing these risks.
