Introducing our new skills-based Masterclass series

For the past few months we’ve been connecting with HR, safety and wellness leaders like you to identify the wellbeing and development challenges that will define 2022.

We heard the importance of developing the essential skills that will help you deliver an effective wellness strategy on the ground.

Not just theory – the nuts and bolts.

How do you create a psychologically healthy organisation? Sell the wellbeing strategy to the C-suite? Best market your strategy? Build your profile as a wellness specialist? What tools do you need?

To respond to these challenges we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new skills-based Masterclass series via our Academy beginning in February.

These regular skills-based Masterclass sessions will help you keep up with the frantic pace of change in your workplaces and industries, plus equip you with a range of ‘micro-credentials’ that will make you more effective and much more employable as a wellbeing specialist.

These sessions build on our nationally accredited practitioner training, serving as a ‘deeper dive’ into specific topics and challenges related to wellbeing. However, you don’t need to have completed our practitioner training to attend a Masterclass.

Registrations are now open for our first Masterclass.
