Turn the ‘Great Resignation’ into the ‘Great Opportunity’

In the face of yet more uncertainty, HR professionals are telling us that they’re struggling to know how best to support the wellbeing of their people.

For employees on the coalface, the uncertainty of these changing times is leading to stress and burnout. For HR professionals, it’s fear of the ripple effects of the potential ‘great resignation’ and how that will change their organisations.

We think it’s time to flip the narrative.

Time to turn the ‘Great Resignation’ into the ‘Great Opportunity’ – and use 2022 to build a workplace that has empathy, wellbeing and flexibility at its core.

But to do this, you need a solid wellbeing strategy.

According to AON’s 2021 Global Wellbeing Survey, 90% of 500+ APAC companies surveyed had workforce wellness initiatives in place. However only 55% backed up with it with a formal strategy.

Without that strategy, initiatives like COVID vaccinations are just band-aids which don’t get to the root cause of stress and burnout – and certainly don’t have the power to change an entire organisation.

Deliver a wellbeing strategy that moves the needle – and gets results.

Wellness Designs practitioner training equips you with the skills to navigate your organisation confidently through this period of uncertainty and towards a healthier, safer and more productive workplace. Learn online or in a COVID-safe face-to-face setting.

We’re also excited to announce that our practitioner training is now recognised as Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS) endorsed training, equivalent to a 40-point CPD. AIHS members receive a 10% discount.
